How does the billing cycle switcher work?
You can subscribe either monthly ($60/mo) or annually ($500/yr). Opting for the annual plan bills you once per year and saves you $220 compared to the month-to-month subscription rate.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes! You can manage your subscription settings directly inside your profile control panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How often is the delinquent property data updated?
Our database is continuously updated as new property listings, county sheriff announcements, and local tax sale calendars are released by local municipalities and tax commissioner offices.
